How to use
1. weighing the dough, 900-3000g
2. Brush a layer of oil on the plate to prevent sticky dough.
3. Put the dough evenly on the plate, then put the plate into the machine.
4. Adjust the calibration according to the unit dough.
5. Turn on the power switch, press down the stick, push the block knife handle to the right.
6. Press the pressure bar to the left for 10-20 seconds, release the pressure bar, lift up the stick, remove the plate.
Our machine is more sturdy.
The bread is more rounder.
